Need to add "At-Once for this Month" percentage value on the header section of SA110 and SA115 scorecard.

1. Change "At-Once for this month" to "Month At-Once".
2. Put a Note at the footer "Note - Month At-Once does not have Japan, Brazil and Retail"

1. Month At-Once in the header should not appear when its Japan and no note in the bottom
2. When the prompt is EMEA following note should be put:
*Note – Month At-once does not have Brazil and Retail.
3. When the prompt is North America following note should be put:
*Note – Month At-once does not have Retail.
4. When the prompt is Emerging Markets following note should be put:
*Note – Month At-once does not have Retail.

1. Need to Create a formula for "At-Once for this Month".
2. Need to create a text box and place it on page header.
3. Need to Insert "At-Once for this Month" formula in the text box.
4. Need to format the report.
5. Unit test the report before reporting to NEC.

1. Need to change the text box name to "Month At-Once".
2. Need to create a Text box and insert the following text "Note - Month At-Once does not have Japan, Brazil and Retail".

1. Need to suppress Month At-Once in the header and Note text box when the prompt value is Japan
2. Need to display following Note when the prompt is EMEA
*Note – Month At-once does not have Brazil and Retail.
3. Need to display following text when the prompt is North America

4. Need to display following text when the prompt is Emerging Markets
*Note – Month At-once does not have Retail.
